“I like the fact that nobody judges you when you tell them you have a problem.  The
doctors and counselors are very polite.  And I have never had anybody judge or look
down on me.  Some of the things that I don't like is that some of the [other] clients are
disrespectful and rude.”

individual problems.  Staff is less authoritarian oriented.  Overall a much more client
centered approach.”

“The best thing at Metro is the vibe.  There always seems to be a fairly mellow, laid
back atmosphere.  Also, I have usually been able to speak to my counselor if I need to
at anytime.  I feel that especially Michael and Joyce do really care about some of us.”
